Yes, proofs are furnished and require a signature for approval before the item(s) go into production.

Vector artwork in file formats such as .ai, .eps or PDF. Graphic designs created using pixel-based software in file formats such as .psd, .tif, .jpg, .bmp and .png.
Pricing on custom kits depends on the type of item and the quantity of items you would like to include.
Yes, if you have your own corporate swag or collateral you would like to include, it can be shipped to our office and included in the kit contents. Handling and fulfillment fees will apply.
Boxes are packed with crinkle (multiple colors available) to ensure that items are safe and secure.
Yes we can. Please contact us at kitsales@ultimatekits.com or (888) 463-2580 to place your order. We require that addresses be sent in an Excel spreadsheet in a specified format.
No, shipping is quoted separately.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package, distance the package is travelling, and time frame of arrival.
We are located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Kits can be hand delivered locally for a delivery fee.
Yes, we can. Please email us directly to discuss a schedule.
Yes, however rush shipping will apply.
They will not be notified by Ultimate Kits. We will email the tracking information to the kit buyer, not recipient.
Yes, you can provide us with your UPS Account Number for shipping. In this case, a small handling fee per kit will be apply.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
You’ll receive an email with tracking number once your order has shipped, which can be used to track your order.
We will do everything we can to help you recover your package, but we always recommend tracking your delivery and making sure someone is there to receive it to avoid theft.
Custom orders must be paid for in advance of fulfillment and shipping.

Due to the custom, personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. In the rare event that an item arrives to you damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right!
